Our artisan five grain bread is a light rye sourdough with 60% wheat content, offering a perfect balance of flavour and texture. Filled with a wholesome mix of linseed, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, and flax seeds, this bread provides a nutty, hearty bite with every slice. Its slow fermentation brings out a mild tang, while the grain blend adds crunch and depth. Ideal for sandwiches, toast, or enjoyed on its own, it's both nutritious and delicious.
